Plastic prototypes can be made from ABS, acrylic, styrene or polycarbonate.
Molds for plastic prototypes can be made from MDF, aluminum or fiberglas.
Plastic prototypes are known to be expensive but well worth the money,
compared to other methods.

Plastic molds for short production runs are much less than the expensive
molds for injection molding. Other methods we use for plastic prototypes are with
thermoforming and custom fabrication.
